You are responsible for accurate details, credential security, activity under your account, rights to hosted content, and independent backups unless a written agreement says otherwise.
Acceptable use
Do not use THMLAB for unlawful activity, fraud, phishing, malware, spam, unauthorised access, infringement, exploitation, or disruption. THMLAB may investigate or suspend access to protect people and the platform.
Subscriptions and cancellation
Price, interval, taxes, and renewal details are shown before purchase. You may cancel renewal through your account or by contacting us. Mandatory consumer and refund rights remain unaffected.
Availability and liability
THMLAB works to provide a reliable service but cannot promise uninterrupted availability. Nothing excludes liability or consumer rights that applicable law does not allow us to exclude.
